Go CCIE Go!! - A Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert

Working on 6608, basically trying to bring up PRI-T1. Below see my sh ver. As you can see port 2 (conf) and 3(pri) are fine, but port 1 won’t register with ccm even though configured identical to port 3. Does anyone out there know how to force (reset) a 6608 port (or entire module) back to factory default? Is there such a thing? I have tried removing all configs, resetting entire module and switch (adding back the single set voice command to the port)…..
