This was my score report the first time i took the lab… i put for re-read, but the results came back with no change 
1. Bridging and Switching 80% 2. IP IGP Protocols 75% 3. IP/IOS Features 100% 4. QoS 38% 5. Multicast 50% 6. Security 100% 7. IP EGP Protocols 100%
