VTP / DTP
Hi, To block VTP Traffic on a switch is “VTP mode transparent” but how could I block DTP traffic on all ports of a single switch.
If I block DTP traffic then ports fa 0/10 and fa 0/11 are trunk-ports to other switch, Will this be affected.
After enabling DTP traffic on all ports of SW1 ; assume SW1 fa0/20 is connected to R1 fa 0/0 ; if I dont need to get any routes updates on R1 fa0/0 do I need to add passive interface statement or no???
