Very Strange Dynamips Problem
It happens lot of times to me as well, specially when setting up the lab at the beginning. I save configs and reload both, it works.
If anyone has solution for this u’re more than welcome!

Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues with dynamips. I have R1 Fa0/0 directly connected to SW1 Fa1/1. Show cdp neighbors verifies this. I get an encapsulation failed message when I try to ping R1 from SW1. R1 has a ARP entry for SW1, but SW1 does not have an entry for R1. I have hard coded the speed and duplex settings to 100MBPS full duplex, still nothing. What am I doing wrong? Like I say, if anyone else has had similar issues with dynamips, I would appreciate your help. Thanks very much in advance.
