route redistribution
I have a question regarding route redistribution - how do i tell if a given route needs to be redistributed , sometimes the lab says just connect the IGP without further explaination. I cant ping every route from every router would take too long in the lab. I know how to redistribute but not where - who is the candidate router , what makes a router a candidate. What should I think about when deciding this , just pick a router between 1 and 6
