Proccessor requirement for dynamibs
I am able to run the full IE R&S lab (14 routers) on core 2 duo (2.2mhz) with 4 GB DRAM. After setting up the proper IDLEPC along with dividing up the routers among 4 dynamips instances, I can get about 40% utilization

Dear GS, Can anyone tell me what is the best PC processor requirments to run full lab of R&S on dynamibs. Also has anyone experienced any issue with intel’s core duo. I am planning to buy intel’s core duo for the same . Is that processor would be sufficient to run full lab. What about quad core. How stable quad core is. what is the performance of quad core when we reun dynamibs.
