Mutual Redistribution Query
Hi Group! Please look at the config below…Can I use this config blindly in any scenario everytime I am asked to mutually redistribute between eigrp and ospf(if the question doesnt explicitly state to use distance etc). The thing is that this config is just simple to understand and remember. Just let me know in which case it wont work.
router ospf 1 redistribute eigrp 10 subnets metric 100 route-map eigrp->ospf
route-map eigrp->ospf deny 10 match tag 110 route-map eigrp->ospf permit 20 set tag 170
router eigrp 1 redistribute ospf 1 metric 1 1 1 1 1 route-map ospf->eigrp
route-map ospf->eigrp deny 10 match tag 170
route-map ospf->eigrp permit 10 set tag 110
