MQC Bandwidth/Shape options in 3550/3560

Hi Group,
I am trying to do bandwidth reservation/shaping configurations on 3550 and 3560. I wanted to apply this policy on per VLAN basis. But upon starting to configure, I found that 3550/3560 does not have anything other than “police” option inside policy map. Am I missiing something? Is there any other way I can do shaping/bandwidth reservation on per VLAN/per port basis on 3550/3560?
