MPLS command on the interface (mpls ip) (tag ip) ?


Same thing. Some versions of code accept “mpls ip” but put “tag-switching ip”. Some versions of code accept “tag-switching ip” but put “mpls ip”. It is just present to support upgrades and legacy configuration scripting.
