Has anyone had the privilege of Cisco cancelling a lab date on your behalf due to some unforeseen reason on cisco’s side? I find myself in the unfortunate position where flight tickets have been paid, visa’s arranged, hotels booked, special leave taken, but no lab date to match. Should I cry or laugh?
Would appreciate if someone have some advice on how to resolve the issue.
