Many CCIE-level tasks will hint at the required option by describing the attributes of the option required or to be ruled out, so the more you know about the protocols and technologies, the easier it is to understand the question.
The primary difference between the two tunnel modes you mention is the former, “tunnel mode ipv6ip”, is manually configured, whereas the latter, “tunnel mode ipv6ip 6to4″, is dynamically created.
