How can I remember the saving time in each city or country ?, the question state that configure the time zone and daylight saving for the devices in AS 100 which are physically located in Chicago and the devices in BGP AS 200 which are physically located in Reno, NV

is there any reference for some certain cities I will be asked for ?

how the real lab will treat this matter?
