interface instability - dampening
Hello Experts,
Can someone explain how to tune dampening or guide me with good documents.
I used this document but it didn’t help me to understand all.

Example:
Configure f0/0 on R1 so that if the interface flaps at least 3 times in 40 seconds R1 should shut down the f0/0 interface.
