Hi ! Question is quite straight forward. They ask for “Police 128kbps, Allow Burst of 1/4 of this rate”. - Bc value is calculated in bytes. So we have: 128000/8 = 16000. but question require only 1/4 of Bc => 16000/4 = 4000 => “police 128000 bc 4000″ is correct.
