I made a mistake like that also but a little different one … i placed my credit card info but forgot to open it for internet transactions greater than $500 and when the day of payment came … i received an email stating Payment Denied … my date was NOT Released by cisco and i had it safely. When i entered the info again after opening my credit card… it sent the Approved Email.
So i think Cisco will not release your date but will send u an email of Approval or Denial on the day of payment.
