Hidden commands - What are they and where are they?

Recently I did a mock lab where the command “no ppp chap ignoreus” was needed. I could not find this command on the DocCD. In fact after the lab I did a Google search and no cisco results came up. However, it is a valid commanded and needed in my scenario where the two routers were using the same hostname.
Is there a good place to find hidden commands such as this? Preferably on the DocCD….
