Welcome to the wonderful world of CCIE questions! Them being tricky is the whole point . However, in this case it’s pretty clear - it does say _all_ interfaces.
One golden rule about CCIE exam is that you should fully understand the task. If you understand the task, but you are left with doubt, go to proctor and ask the question offering solutions to your understanding and possible others (if there are any). Question asked like that will be answered in terms that will help you solve the task using one of the offered solutions.
Proctor is a resource - learn the way to use it properly . We can help you with that here. When asking the question, offer possible solutions and we’ll guide you to the right one. Just getting solutions back doesn’t help as much.
