Doubt about CCIE Database

Hi Ronnie,
OK, that makes sense. I just logged into the Certification Tracking System (which is separate from the CCIE database to my knowledge) and I can see both my Vue and Prometric test IDs along with my CSCO ID on the “Personal Information/Home” page. If Henrique were to log into that system and not see his Vue ID, then I would think certainly he needs to follow suit with the support case.
Cheers,
Scott

Actually I had the same problem that he describes. The fix is to open a case with Certifications Online Support so that they can merge records in the CCIE database. The problem is that you end up with different testing IDs between Prometric and VUE, so they need to be merged in the database.
