the byte count dosent really matter (unless specified), its more the %’s
they say 1500 is 10% so 3000 is 20% (1500*2) and 30% is 4500 (1500*3)

Sorry, I should have pointed out that I’ve looked at the answer and still can’t fathom it.
If I was told the byte rates and told to convert to CBWFQ, no probs.
But I can’t work out how they have got to the answers below.
