BGP route not selected as best path

Hi,
R7 is connected to R2 and BGP between running between them
“133.1.118.0/24″ and “133.1.119.0/24″ are both received from R2, but no idea whay “133.1.118.0/24″ is not selected as best path. Please help to advise what is the problem.
