Am I in the right place? CCIE need 140K [7:117435]
$140k is certainly acceptable for a ccie route switch even here in NY.
Why the bachelor’s requirement though? What are you saying about your organization? Are you saying a double CCIE with a 155 IQ who can quote Shakespeare and solve Riemann level calculus is no good at your company?
I have worked with a CCIE like that… he went to one year of high school. And left. Not every CCIE is a college frat boy. Don’t limit your search, and maybe you’ll have better results. Why not offer the position to a consultant? Many CCIE decide they are better off working “corp-to-corp” so you can’t abuse their families by making them work all weekend and not compensating them for it.
