7500 CPU Processes

Thanks for the mail.
I don’t have any ip accounting running.
I have figured out that , due to lots of subinterfaces doing traffic shaping and policing , the packets are being process switched.
Iam looking for the way where I can let CEF do the work for me instead of process switching ,I don’t know if 7500 supports CEF with policing on the subinterface.
Or If I can use MQC instead of Policing and Shaping on the interface straight away , but again the problem is I can’t match subinterface for shaping and policing in class-maps.
Any help will be appreciated.

Can you try disabling the ” ip accounting” feature for a while and see if its enabled?
